Willie was referred to me by some close friends who understood my frustrations with past realtors. I highly recommend Willie, he is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and responds in a timely manner. Willie Peterson did a great job for me. This was not a standard real estate transaction, because the property was being sold through a bankruptcy estate. Aside from everything else a realtor has to deal with, this sale required bankruptcy court approval. This meant customizing standard forms, dealing with the time frames of the court, and all the particularities of the court process.
 
He researched the property before listing it, as this was an historical building. He met with architects, and officials to further understand the process and status of the historical designation for this house. With this knowledge, he was able to address questions from potential buyers and to direct them to the appropriate individuals who could provide the advice necessary to achieve historical designation approval. 
 
He spent time setting up the house in order to show it in its best light. He held many open houses, and tirelessly held tours of the property. His hand-outs for the property were inventive and very professional.
 
Throughout the process to closing and beyond, he was available and took the initiative to make sure we had a smooth closing and no after-sale issues. He always kept me informed of progress, and worked with me to insure I was in the loop for all stages of the transaction - from pre-listing to post-closing.
 
I look forward to working with Willie again soon.

In my home search, I had some pretty tight budget restrictions that didn't match my wish list....a tough job for any realtor. Willie did an outstanding job finding me the perfect condo in no time at all. I especially appreciated his monitoring of the loan process to ensure time constraints were met and stayed involved through close of escrow.
